Galsi Private Industrial Training Institute started its journey in 2016 under the aegis of Burdwan Education and Charitable Trust, Burdwan. Presently this Institute provides technical training in two trades, Electrician and Fitter with intake capacity of 60 students in each. The objective of this ITI course is to provide technical manpower to meet the huge demand of Industries and Government Sectors.
Electrician is 2 (two) years duration course. The semester system has been ruled out.
Minimum qualification for ITI Electrician trade is Madhyamik / 10th Pass or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject. Any one can apply for ITI Fitter with this qualification or higher.
Fitter is 2 (two) years duration course. The semester system has been ruled out.
Minimum qualification for ITI Fitter trade is Madhyamik / 10th Pass or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject. Any one can apply for ITI Fitter with this qualification or higher.

Admission are made every year normally in May to August. But our admission will be open upto October this year. A candidate seeking admission to any courses of training must get his/ her name registered by submitting a duly completed ‘APPLICATION FORM’, prescribed by the institute along with necessary documents and the requisite fees.
